Partner Laboratory Accredited
All samples that we receive are tested to the highest of standards, and we only use partner laboratories which are accredited by the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA).
Our laboratories are all NATA ISO 17025 accredited, a standard which can only be awarded by an authorised accreditation body.
In simple terms, our partner laboratories meet all of the requirements to produce the highly accurate results that we pride ourselves upon.
Frequently Asked Questions: I live outside Australia. Can I get tested?
Total DNA Services can organise DNA test kits for situations in which participants live in different parts of the country, or even the world. For participants who live outside Australia, we liaise with the closest Australian Embassy and organise to send the immigration DNA collection kit direct from our lab. From here, the process is the same as that for Australian participants.
*** Note that there may be additional charges for sample collection in the local currency.
